After the APPLICATION delivery and the confirmation of the loan feasibility, it will be necessary to send us some documents. To collect it, we will send a messenger to your home or to the place you prefer.

ECONOMIC DOCUMENTS

• ID card, passport or residence permit
• 3 last payslips
• Work contract
• Last income tax or negative certificate
• Deductions certificate
• Working history certificate
• Rent contract and the last 3 bills
• Money delivery receipts
• Assets certificate
• In case you receive any pension or benefits: document justifying the collection
• Bank statements of the last 12 months
• If you have any loan:3 last bills
• If you are self-employed:
  • 3 last payments of self-employed .
  • Model 347 – Operations declaration with third persons.
  • Model 190 – Deductions and incomes to income tax accounts.
  • Model 130 – Quarterly income tax declaration ( 4 last quarters)
  • Model 100 – Income tax Annual summary
  • Model 300 – Quarterly VAT declaration
  • Model 390 – Annual VAT summary.
  • Banking movements of all your accounts in the last 12 months

HOME DOCUMENTS

• Title deed or Land Registry Certificate
• Private bill of sale or deposit contract
• In case of getting incomes for renting: leasing agreement
