In Reunifica Tus Deudas we don’t keep a personal folder, obtained data are just kept temporarily to offer the service and later on they are erased. Nevertheless and with the purpose to follow the law 15/1999 13rd December, Reunifica Tus Deudas undertake the personal user to the following terms:
When the personal user provides us his/her data, can exercise the access, correction, opposition and cancellation rights contacting us through: the web, writing to any of our offices or calling to 91 371 6334. That application must contain exactly the same provided data or enough accreditation and the correct application. In case of representation, must be proved through an unfailing document. As it doesn’t exist a folder is possible that the required data to correct have been erased when the relation with the customer is finish.
Reunifica Tus Deudas agrees the fulfilment of its privacy obligation for the personal data and its duty of keeping it for a third party. We adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing, while these data were kept in any support during the relation with the customer, according to the automatized folders security regulations for those that contains personal data, passed by the law 994/1999, de 11th July.
Reunifica Tus Deudas doesn’t use SSL encryption, so the enterprise warns to the user that his/her data doesn’t travel encoded. Although it isn’t usual that the data are intercepted by a third party, if you prefer to use the service providing just the basic data, the system will allow you to fill the fields partially or incompletes in order to render you assistance.
In any case you will never be asked through the net about information related to credit cards or current accounts. For that reason, if you receive any requirement in these terms we request you to inform us through the customer service form.
